The Fragrance Department began as a new chapter from the same team behind The Cardigan Department — a natural extension of everything our community already loved: nostalgia, storytelling, and the magic of bringing back something you thought you’d lost forever.

This idea sparked almost a year ago. While designing cardigans inspired by eras, moments, and memories, we kept asking ourselves:

“If we can reimagine a feeling through clothing… why can’t we do the same with scent?”

There are so many iconic fragrances — especially celebrity scents from the 2010s — that are now discontinued, impossible to find, or resold for prices no one should be paying. Those scents defined eras. They hold memories. And they’re deeply missed.

So we set out to recreate them in our own way: faithfully reimagined, accessible, and crafted with care.

Not 1:1 replicas — because creating a perfect 1:1 match of a discontinued fragrance is nearly impossible without the original proprietary formula.

Instead, we make our own interpretations: inspired by the essence of the scent, guided by memory and notes, and refined through careful testing to capture the feeling people loved.

We want to bring back what was lost, but also expand on it… offering it in new forms, different products, and ways the originals never had.

And we’re not stopping there. Looking ahead to 2026…

Once our full line of reimagined classics has been released, we’ll begin crafting our own original fragrances, each inspired by different eras, moods, and stories — with entire product collections built around them.

More than perfume. More than nostalgia. Something entirely new.

Every fragrance is blended, bottled, and crafted here in the UK.

Our raw materials are sourced from reputable suppliers, and every product meets full UK cosmetic regulations — safety assessed, certified, and compliant. Nothing goes out unless it’s been properly tested and approved. Ever.

We know that with any new fragrance brand, people wonder about quality, safety, and ingredients… so we’ve made it simple: Everything is done properly, professionally, and transparently.
