Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Completely unopened
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging/box (tamper-free)
Fragrances are classed as personal care items, which means once they have been opened or used, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
All returns must be sent to our UK office. Please email us first to set up the return—returns sent without approval will not be valid.
Please note:
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees, including international shipping where applicable. As a small business, we are unable to operate free returns. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- The bottle is leaking
- You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, and in these cases, all costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened perfumes
- Used fragrances
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalised items

Exchanges
If you would like a different fragrance, the fastest way is to return the unopened item. Once your return is approved, we will process a new order for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
