All fragrance orders are shipped directly from our UK office. Please read the information below regarding processing times, delivery windows, and international import rules.

📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • During busy collection launches or high-volume periods, dispatch times may extend slightly — but we always work to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Shipped via Royal Mail 48 or Evri Standard
  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after receiving your dispatch confirmation

🌍 International Shipping 

All international orders are shipped from the UK.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5-9 working days
  • EU: 3-6 Working Days 
  • Canada: 5-9 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 working days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 working days

Most parcels arrive within 10 working days, though customs processing may extend delivery times — this is normal and outside our control.

💰 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Import fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

🇺🇸 United States

Great news:

We use Royal Mail’s system that pre-pays US duties, so you should NOT incur any additional customs fees.

🇨🇦 Canada

Canada may charge:

  • GST/HST
  • A postal handling fee

These are payable by the buyer if applied.

🇦🇺 Australia

Most parcels under AUD 1,000 pass without duties, but GST may apply depending on random checks.

🌏 Rest of World

Import rules vary. Please check your local customs website for the most accurate information.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered fully and accurately, including:

  • Apartment numbers
  • Correct postcode/ZIP
  • Full recipient name

We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to:

  • Incorrect or missing address details
  • Mistyped postcodes
  • Missing unit numbers

If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

📬 Tracking

All orders include tracking.

International tracking may appear limited until your parcel reaches your destination country — this is normal.

Once handed to your local courier, updates will appear on that courier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

A parcel is officially considered lost only after:

  • UK: 10 working days past dispatch
  • International: 20 working days past dispatch

Before this timeframe, lack of movement is usually due to customs delays.

If your tracking shows:

  • “Returned to sender”
  • “Exception”
  • “Customs issue”

📝 Additional Notes

  • We cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates (events, birthdays, etc.) due to customs unpredictability.
  • Seasonal delays (Christmas, Black Friday) may extend shipping times.
  • EU shipping will reopen very soon once the Responsible Person process is completed.
